中央昆士兰大学是澳大利亚有活力具创新丰富多彩的大学之一。成立几十年来，从澳大利亚东部沿海到太平洋地区，中央昆士兰大学建立和发展了自己的校园网络，其校园位于世界很多著名城市中。CQU是1967年由设立并且是大学联邦协会会员之一。五个校园共有4000名学生，及散步世界各地的4000名函授生。

　　地理位置

　　CQU位于气候温和、低生活费的城市—Rockhampon(在布里斯班北约500km)。各式各样的服务行业及建设都齐备，亦靠近大堡礁(Great Barrier Reef)、雨林及野生区域。中央昆士兰大学的国际校园建于澳大利亚大都市布里斯本，黄金海岸，悉尼和墨尔本的市中心，还有斐济的苏娃城。中央昆士兰大学还在香港，新加坡，马来西亚等亚太地区有教学项目。

　　课程介绍

　　本校有商学院、工学院、教育、健康科学、文理学院。

　　各学院皆提供专科文凭、学士学位、硕士文凭、硕士学位及博士课程。

　　常见的课程有MBA、商业学位、资讯科学、文学。学生可于2月或7月进入大部分的课程，研究课程可于任何时间开课。

　　国际学生可选择居住在校园公寓内。校园公寓环境幽雅、住宿条件优越，每间公寓设有单人卧室、盥洗室、卫生间，提供一日三餐。可供居住的房间有限，申请者应及早申请。

　　悉尼校区本科奖学金

　　此项奖学金为2007年优秀的本科生在CQU悉尼校区提供了学费的20%的减免优惠。商科学士学位可得到8000澳币的奖励，攻读IT学士学位可节省多达9000澳币奖励。

　　入学要求：中国学生申请悉尼校区进行本科学习都可以申请。

　　佳学业奖

　　每一学期，中央昆士兰大学都会提供一项金额为500澳币的《佳学业奖》。新生自入学之日起便可以得到此奖项，500澳币将累计入他们下一个学期的学费中。学生必须每学期通过4门课并且GPA达到5.0 才能够得到获得此项奖学金。在读期间，此项奖学金可以为学生节省3000澳币的学费。
